Refund policy
In order to continue running a sustainable, low-waste business, we do not accept returns at this time on any Made to Order items which include most jewelry items as well. Please make sure to read the size chart correctly and feel free to reach out to us for any questions about sizing or fit of our apparel and jewelry.
Cancellations
We are unable to cancel or edit orders after 7 days. If any changes need to be made to your order as far as sizing, color choice, address, etc please reach out via email to hi@shopstardustandmoonlight.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Stardust and Moonlight LLC offers Route package protection to all customers at checkout for a small fee. If a customer declines package protection, we are unable to replace any lost/stolen packages.
